Booking Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% or missed appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the booking value.

Appointments for a Monday will require 72 hours notice.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers all have 2 year expiry from the date of purchase.
