Mahan is a KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is known as being deeply devoted to the accuracy of the teachings, and practical everyday applications.

Mahan’s Kundalini practice started in 2001, over the years been taught, guided and been mentored by many great senior teachers; since that time, she has taught and reached thousands through classes and teachings around the world.
